I just got an 18” kettle, and next week will be my first time making ribs. And this is the way I’ll be doing them 🤙🏼
How do we know that Adam wasn't black?
Answer: Have you ever tried to take a rib from a black man?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Looks unreal! 👏
Wow just excellence all the way around
Love the fact he doesnt go to town on temperature. Some videos can be too scientific about internal temps, how did people create fantastic bbqs before digital thermometers?…..this way! Great video and fantastic looking ribs
good lookin' ribs..smoking mine now on a Weber..
1. Lay Kingsford bold and smoky charcoal in a circular pattern on the sides of the grill ,none in center, light and wait for it to be slightly white.
2. Place your ribs already seasoned and membrane removed in the center on top of 6 aluminum foil balls so its not touching the grates.
Let it go a hour
3.brush on your sauce. Let it go 30 minutes.
4. Wrap it foil, let it sit at room temperature 30 mins as it simmers in its own juices.
Enjoy with a ice cold glass of lemonade, some slaw and baked beans(all optional).🎉
Love tha dawg my rib smokin bros! Go by look and feel, do not set a time! This man changed my whole mindset on smokin’
Learned a lot ! thank you !
I ran out of time and had to take them off a bit early, but after 3 hours they were amazing!!!!
That membrane is pure collagen. Leave it on and eat it.
Good video
I am a beginner and looking to make baby backs. I will follow this method. Do I need to flip ribs while doing it this way? I would like to try this without the foil.
BBQ by feel , so true
How much charcoal do I need? I got about a full chimney and a half . Should I go get more?
a rack like this in Quebec Canada, its like 25-40$ cad
Great video. You walked me right through it.
Bout to cook me some ribs, thank you
Nice vid! Didn't see what audio equipment you use in any links…
This is still on point after 2 years.
Thank you for the comment of cooking by feel. Not many of us don’t own a pellet or temperature set grill, we just grill on a good day… Today is my day off from work, so I’m grilling on charcoal.
Man, you've got tips I haven't seen in any other video. Keeping the ribs tight rather than stretching them out across the grill to make it cook better? That's the kind of stuff that's easy to miss. Yours came out looking beautiful. Fingers crossed mine go half as well 🤞
Great video🔥🔥
