It’s okay to like carrots many different ways. I just want to put it out there than baby carrots were invented from the broken carrots that used to be wasted because the broken carrots weren’t able to be sold. The baby carrots DONT cause waste from being shaped. They actually save waste by preventing the imperfect long carrots from being tossed out. Just wanted to say that because it comes across a bit of the opposite to me in the video. I used baby carrots in my roast today. No right or wrong way to do it!☺️
