  1. did the whisk work?lol. Make sure there is nothing above the pork in the oven to get the best crackling. I also do more rubbing of salt to dissolve in the skin. Open the oven as little as possible once the pork is in. Put the meat on a rack to add the juices to the gravy. If you use boiled vegetables add the water from that a little with some salt and pepper.
