When making the mash, Dont cut the potatoes up, or you'll end up with a watery mash, leave them whole so they dont absorb as much water
did the whisk work?lol. Make sure there is nothing above the pork in the oven to get the best crackling. I also do more rubbing of salt to dissolve in the skin. Open the oven as little as possible once the pork is in. Put the meat on a rack to add the juices to the gravy. If you use boiled vegetables add the water from that a little with some salt and pepper.
