For those who are wondering, temp and time. It's on the blog. 180c is = to 350f. he roasted it for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Had to look up the C (gas mark 4) to US.
What happened to the temperature and the roasting time??? He was supposed to be showing us how to do it!!!
This is Danish specialty.. However, you should slice cut the skin 1cm wide beforehand and take the pork out of the oven 1 or 2 times to pour the roast juice on the skin.. then it'll bubble up and make it real crispy delicious.
