  1. Love Za'atar seasoning. A staple in my spice collection. I have people eat my roasted veggies, including carrots, that ask for some Za'atar to take home. There are many spice combinations called Za'atar but all have sumac, thyme, oregano, and cumin.
    I have to try the roasted butternut squash and customize the additions. A winner recipe for butternut squash to add to my collection.
