Looks interesting (sans radish and hot sauce) but I've never seen collard greens or Jicama in central OR where I reside. Used to get it in San Diego when we lived there. Any thoughts on substitutes that might also go well?

NO CILANTRO STEMS!!!! Obviously you have inferior genes that don't allow you to taste the soapy flavor of cilantro. The stems are often the worst for those of us who can taste it. Only use the leaves, and go easy on them! So many of your friends will eat it and say it is good, but think to themselves it is gross because you didn't rinse your dishes enough after washing them with "lemon fresh" Joy detergent. That's what it tastes like. Lemon dish detergent. Go easy on the cilantro and leave the rest for garnish for those who aren't genetically challenged.

I love atk and I trust them for great methods, but I almost fainted when I saw how overcooked that salmon was.
The avocado sauce is so bland,had to really season it up with,garlic powder,onion powder,chili powder,old bay.

Julia , Because I been thru two heart attacks .. Salmon is perfect .. thou I would make one change is that I would use corn tortillas .. I found out that flour tortillas are made with laird which I experience heart discomforts .. but yes great recipe .. Thank You 😊
