Sandwich Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
• 300 g bread flour
• 3 g yeast
• 3 g salt
• 10 g sugar
• 15 g milk powder
• 1 egg
• 190 ml milk
• 25 g unsalted butter (room temperature)

Directions:
1. Combine the bread flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and milk powder in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the egg, milk, and butter, then knead for 6-8 minutes (I made 4 batches for 4 loaves).
3. Once the dough is kneaded, combine all the dough from each batch and knead again for 8-10 minutes, using the “slap and fold” method.
4. Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape each into a dough ball.
5. Take each smaller dough ball and divide it into three parts again, shaping them into small dough balls (you should end up with 12 smaller dough balls in total).
6. Press each dough ball into a thin rectangle, about 6 by 8 inches, then roll it up tightly.
7. Press each rolled-up dough into a 3 by 8-inch rectangle and roll it up again.
8. Place the dough rolls in a sandwich loaf pan, cover with cling wrap, and let them rise until doubled in size.
9. Once the dough has risen, gently cover each loaf with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes.
10. Cool the loaves on a rack, slice, and enjoy!
