I'll make this but replace the canned beans with freshly cooked , I'm sure it'll taste much better and healthier
I live in Santa Fe this is not new mexican what so ever.
I'm in the UK and I have never seen Taco seasoning mix or Ranch Dressing mix, can these be replaced with something else ? We do not have shoe pegged corn either just sweetcorn which would go to mush over an hour. Any other suggestions for this?

This stew is way too processed aka " canned everything and packets of spices"! You sure don't need to salt and pepper it at the end, because everything is from a can or packet! : /
this is probably full of sodium
