How to make Doritos chicken wing recipe.

I have been making Doritos crusted chicken wings for years and I have tweaked the recipes a little every time. Just trying to perfect it. Here we have the latest tweak, although small, it makes the word of difference to the overall flavour you get.

My Dorito wing recipes have been used by many to win awards, effectively making my Schueys BBQ Dorito Wings, a multiple award winning recipe.

Super crunchy, super juicy and a real crowd pleaser, what more do you need from a recipe.

As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

As always, cheers for watching
