1 stick of butter
1 cup shrimp (marinated with epis and creole seasoning)
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp of turmeric for color
3 tbsp creole seasoning
4 tbsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
3 cups of jasmine rice
