I LOVE THIS RECIPE! It's so easy and tasty.
Great low carb or Keto Recipe, only thing I would different is I would have added the shrimp just right before the spinach to keep from drying them out or overcooking them. I love the zoodles. they are amazing.
You probably want to take the shrimp out of the pan before you add the spinach,etc. Otherwise you'll likely overcook them.
