  1. I don't understand why people cut horizontally towards the root of the onion. The natural rings provide the size of the pieces, all you need to do is choose how wide of cut you take. There is no reason to cut horizontally and as you can see it results in different sizes.

  3. I have been making and ot eating this my whole life. Never use bread. Do not use a blender for spices. Put them in the olive oil without bleach ding. AND..do not remove the shells. Cook with shells on and peel after cooking. Adds lots of flavor.

  4. Im from New Bedford and i make this alot that sauce u can find around here it's very easy to make and so DELICIOUS. Some recipes use beer instead of wine also a packet of. Goyas Sazon is added. I use beer they both are delicious
