i made this dish , this afternoon. Totally awesome, so easy to follow and was a winner dish as family members mentioned. Also made a fish dish, but this one was the winner. Go and make it, glad I found it and will be making again. ……only thing it that I’d put in capsicum and some cooked sliced brown onion.. still a great dish.
