I have made this same recipe for barbecue beef for years. My daughter loves it. I have also substituted the ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar for a flavorful barbecue sauce. Taste delicious and is a little easier. Enjoyed watching.

Wouldn't the beef have cooked in that amount of time if you put in the cooker raw?
o.O It's ground beef with ketchup. So yeah…sloppy joes..I mean, if you're gonna put a whole bottle of something in there, at least it could be barbeque sauce..I'd also up the mustard ratio for a kick.
