2.5 lb Boneless beef chuck roast
1 Sliced yellow onion
5 Whole, peeled carrots
1 Packet of gravy mix
1 Packet of ranch dressing
1 Packet of Italian dressing mix
Salt and pepper.
I would think you would need more liquid in it than 1 cup? I kep waiting for you to add some chicken or beef broth ot something other than just a bit of water in the dry mix
Very nice but as was said, lots of salt in those premixes. Don't have them all here anyway so a normal gravy mix should do. Made me hungry anyway.

All of these "mixes" have a tremendous amount of salt. One mix would be "ok" but 3… wow…not good.
Sorry, did I see that right – pam cooking spray in a crock pot? POWDERED gravy mix? Nuh-uh. This isn't cooking, this is assembly. There's a difference.
