  1. Ok so I watched the video, awesome. once you use the correct amount of starter I am assuming you have to do the seven day process before you can make bread again. Or can you make a large quantity so you can make bread everyday? Lastly you use two different types of flour what if I only use all purpose flour will I still get the same results?

  2. Someone gave me the starter. My first few attempts at sourdough bread were too wet and couldn't hold a shape before baking, but I didn't want to give up. I followed this video step-by-step and it turned out perfect. My loaf looks beautiful and is delicious. Thank-you for posting this.

  3. OK….it looks like this was 2 years ago…….but I watched and rewatched this one and how to make a starter and voila…..it worked. I have my first (one that actually came out good) sourdough bread and I am indeed hooked. Thank you guys. I will be 70 this summer and it’s about time! Lol
