  1. Great recipe! I can twist this into something more. I would reduce the black beans and add some pinto's, or other mix of beans. A bit of pancetta or quanciale, and melted cheese would take this to a whole new level. I would go with smoked Gouda and cheddar. I love the base though!

  2. 😍 try to keep a shot of lemon juice beside the cutting board or rub your knife with lemon juice , you will stop craying 😰 . This is not a sermon just a thought 😍❤ + 🕯 💜 🌹🍀🌾🍃✟✟

  3. As an Indian,I look at this as a combo of 2 dishes.Black Beans (Rajma) & minced meat (Keema).Though,in India we would use chicken or mutton but not other proteins for obvious reasons!! Nice dish Julia and I have said million times, you are a doppelgänger of Hillary R Clinton.

  4. Hi Julia! Enjoyed your youtube! But, c'mon, using water to deglaze and not wine, or beer, or, better, tequila? This must be sanitized version of chile, maybe targeted for your Mennonite fans from the Pennsylvania Dutch Country!
