How to Make Spaghetti Napolitan (Japanese-style Pasta Recipe) | Cooking with Dog



When I was a child, Napolitan pasta was the only spaghetti that was available at local restaurants. This dish is very special for me since it reminds me of my childhood. This is a unique kind of spaghetti served in Japan. Delicious!

How to Make Spaghetti Napolitan

(serves 2)
150g Spaghetti (5.29 oz)
1500ml Water (6.34 u.s. cup)
2 tsp Salt
1/2 Onion (120g/4.23 oz)
1 Garlic Clove

4 slices of Pork Loin Ham (100g/3.53 oz)
5 Button mushrooms
2 Bell Peppers

2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (1 tbsp for topping) 

1/2 tbsp Butter
Parsley

スパゲティナポリタンの作り方

<材料>
スパゲティ(1.4mm):150g
 水:1500ml、塩:小さじ2
玉ねぎ:1/2個(120g)
にんにく:1片
ロースハム:4枚(100g)
マッシュルーム:5個
ピーマン:2個

オリーブ油・・・大さじ2
トマトケチャップ:大さじ3
パルメザンチーズ・・・大さじ3(調理中に使うのは大2)
バター・・・大さじ1/2
パセリ:適量

  1. I'm Italian and I love this. I was at a restaurant in Tokyo where they made it right at our table. I'm talking nothing fancy here. The chef had a plastic bottle of ketchup like you would have at a hot dog stand and he just squirted it into the wok with the rest of the ingredients and mixed it around so it cooked into everything. If you think about it, ketchup is cooked tomatoes, sugar, and a few other ingredients.

  3. Napoletani…..con tutto il rispetto che ho per il vostro bellissimo canale, questa pasta un Napoletano non la mangerebbe MAI.
    Il ketchup con il parmigiano 🤦‍♂️funghi, maiale e peperoni, questa è una pasta all'americana non all'italiana.

  4. The butter!! Do not leave out the butter, guys!!! It’s what makes the pasta silky.

    I made this recipe 2 times. The first time, I skipped the butter because I didn’t have it. Taste was alright. But the second time, after adding the butter, everything became sooo silky and tasted amazing!!

    Will make this recipe many more times in the future ❤️
