So i'm a vision impaired person who has coasted on having people to do most of the cooking for me. Nonetheless things have changed a ton in the last half year and i've been doing my own cooking now. I want to thank you for this great and easy to follow recipe. I did make one alteration, I left it simmering for about a half hour rather than an hour.

Thank you for putting the length of time to do this because it let me not have to watch the entire vid. I'm sorry but as far as I'm concerned if you have over an hour to make JUST the meat sauce, you definitely have got a lot of free time on your hands.
