I love these guys. ❤
The Chinese restaurant I get my noodles from shut down temporarily and I had to get my noodle fix. This did it, great recipe! It took me a few days to gather everything while also planning Christmas cooking and we had the noodles tonight. I almost replicated this recipe and added red onions and red bell peppers to it. Will add some sambal oelek pepper paste next time, I forgot I had that in the fridge.
I don't like Pork, what else could I use?
I'm so glad that you are showing how to make Chinese Cooking. I've been using Toasted Sesame Oil, 5 Spice Powder and soy sauce for a long time. I've dabbed into cooking some dishes. I do egg-drop soup, I cook bean sprouts with Bok Choy or Napa Cabbage and use cut up boneless breast of chicken and pork. I love it. Thank you again for your program. I'm also a follower of Maangchi for her dishes as well. Thanks again!
Love it guys!!
Makin tonight.
Can’t wait to try this. I usually make this as Japanese style yakisoba (fried noodle) but liked how you did the pork. We usually use the packaged ramen noodles but I look forward to trying the Chinese noodles, we have an Asian grocery store in my home town so I’m sure I can find everything I need there for this dish (including the Chinese rice wine you talked about). Thx for sharing this recipe.
If I omit the mushrooms, should there be less sauce?
It will be nice if you write down the ingredients, I definitely didn’t understand what was the quarter spoon for the marinade.
You guys are fantastic together!
Very nice! You can tell Pop's loves him some Char siu, lol.
Kevin and Jeffrey deserve their own series on PBS
Is it okay to use the dry rice noodles? Or, are they too tender to use in lo mien? I’ve found that the rice noodles can cook using just bowling water poured on them in a bowl.
This past week, I successfully made pork fried rice, using most tender angled cut from leftover pork roast, that I’ve ever made! My husband came home & thought we’d ordered take out! 😀 Your recipes are most appreciated.
His voice sounds like Howard Stern! It’s wonderful and so distracting
Has anyone tried this recipe with chicken? We try not to eat pork . Can you marinate it the same way? I suspect I can but just wondering.
Love you guys, kinda reminds me of me and my Dad-91 yrs young!
I just made your Stir-Fried Noodles (Lo Mein). It’s pretty involved, a lot of ingredients a lot of dishes, a lot of mess, but well worth it. It came out great, especially chili-garlic sauce at the end.
I did make one mistake, I forgot to buy (boneless) country-style pork ribs. It took me a long time to cut the small chunks meat off the bone. Thanks
Way too many ads on this channel. Not watching this anymore.
What a great team these two are, and the food looks delicious.

It would be helpful if you gave us a full recipe and directions in writing. Thanks.
❤ Very articulate.
Sue here: love you guys! Will be making this soon. New subscriber, for sure.
I miss the Asian street food from living in Okinawa. It was really nice to see your channel. The American version of Asian street food doesn't even come close.
Thank you for having your videos available.
Love these guys. So glad I found them.
Love learning from these two wonderful men. More recipes from these two please!❤
1:10 we're going to use noodles that you can buy in any Chinatown. 1:20 we're going to make cha siu cause many of you don't live next to a Chinatown. Am I missing something?
I love this type of cuisine & this looks wonderful!! Thanks so much!!
11:37 When Kevin spills the sauce and reminds us that everyone makes mistakes with the wok.

Yummy
