  1. I Made these and they are so delicious. I didn’t know what to do with the crust though so I used the extra egg milk mix and fried them til golden brown. Then I coated them with cinnamon and sugar. I use my left over cream cheese dip and put it into a bowl. I put strawberry jam in another bowl. Then I just ate it like fries by dipping the crust into the jam and cream cheese. Hope this helps if you don’t want to waste your crusts.❤😊

  2. Ingredients:
    115g cream cheese, softened
    35g icing sugar
    8 slices of bread
    4 large strawberries, diced
    1 large egg
    60ml milk
2tbsp granulated sugar (+ 3tbsp for the cinnamon sugar)
    ½tsp vanilla extract
    Butter for frying
    1tsp cinnamon

    1) Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar together in a bowl.

    2) Cut the crusts off of your bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.

    3) Spread the mix onto one end of each bread slice, and put the diced strawberries on top of it.

    4) Roll the slices up carefully.

    5) Add the egg, milk, sugar and vanilla to a bowl and whisk them together.

    6) Dip the rolls in the mix (you don't need to soak them).

    7) Melt the butter in a pan and toast the rolls on each side until golden brown.

    8) For the cinnamon sugar, mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

    9) Coat the rolls in the cinnamon sugar.

    10) Enjoy!

  3. I’ve made similar to these. But instead of strawberries, I’ve used either blueberries or bananas. Seasoned my cream cheese with ginger, nutmeg & cinnamon which detracted from the super sweetness. You could do this with apples as well & add a little cloves to the spice mixture I described above. Instead of vanilla… try using either Frangelica, Kahlua or Bacardi Gold Rum. Trust me! You’ll thank me later for uplifting this recipe to the next level!☺️❤️☕️💐
