  1. 115g butter (browned)
    150g light brown sugar
    115g white sugar
    1 large egg
    Whisk to a little wet consistency
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    180g plain flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    Dough like consistency after mixing
    200g choclate chips
    Refridgerate
    160c in the oven with fan for 8-10 mins

  2. for those of you that like less sweet cookies use this recipe (same one but doubled ingredients, less sugar and chocolate chips)

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup melted butter

    3/4 cup + 2 tbsp light brown sugar

    1/2 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar

    2 large eggs

    2 tsp vanilla

    3 cup flour

    1 tsp baking soda

    2 tsp salt

    ¾ cup chocolate chips

    DIRECTIONS

    In a medium bowl melted butter and sugars. Mix to form a paste.Add eggs and vanilla, mix until thick and smooth. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, sift it in the paste. Fold until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. Scoop about 2 TBSP of chilled dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 325 F (160 C ) for 8-10 minutes
