  1. Bad video… Double layover with subtitles which makes it impossible to read… Camera not showing at critical times… Music too loud and annoying… But I’m sure the recipe is good if anybody can follow it

  2. How do you stop meatballs falling apart please! I'm making this recipe for 5-7 people! I'm following video and written recipe printout!
There's also nothing about letting any of the ingredients chill in a fridge till ready to cook for e.g. meatballs/breadcrumbs mixture! 🤔😔😞☹️🙁😟

  3. Omg the music is so annoying and why would they put the instructions over the steps – white on white font. Too many things to look at. Whoever makes these videos is CRAP. Hire someone new!

  4. 40 minutes!!!??? Yikes!! Most swedes that I know brown their meatballs in butter or margarine on medium high heat, then turn down the heat to a medium low, cover the pan with a lid and let cook for another 10-15 minutes stirring it occationaly, alternatively let them sit in a heated oven (Lid on) for 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes is way over the top for meatballs!

Another method is to brown the meatballs, take them out of the pan, deglaze the pan with some butter, add some plain flour to make a brown roux, add beef stock (Not chicken stock), and double cream to make a sauce (A small dollop of lingonberry jelly or black currant jelly is also nice to add into the sauce), then braisse the meatballs in the sauce for about ten minutes.

Nice and instructive video though, and a big plus to you for not using olive oil when cooking swedish meatballs! Keep the videos coming!:)
