  1. Sonora Mexico is not a town. It is a state. It’s like saying “the town of Arkansas USA… and tacos Al car on are better in the state of Chihuahua or Nuevo León. Sonora is one of the poorest most desolate states in Mexico. The states of Chihuahua and Nuevo León are big on beef and tacos de carne asada.

    *Edit… Now that I think about it, nowhere in Mexico does anyone refer to tacos as "al carbon." We usually just call it "carne asada." Even if it's not "asada" per se.

Y todavía les pones crema agria????? Donde jodidos comiste estos "tacos al carbón "? Y las diferentes salsas (roja, verde, pico de gallo o bandera), guacamole y rabanitos? No mijo, te falta mucho… 😕😱

  5. The "town" of Sonora, México??? 😂 This is actually offensive, and clearly determines how ignorant these gringos are about Mexico and its gastronomy. These, not all. Please at least get a map to find your bordering state, STATE OF SONORA, almost as big as Texas!!!

  6. Lo siento mucho, pero in Mexico, we just throw steaks on the grill, and then put them in corn tortillas with salsa. The salsa is always the "trick" because tacos are tacos, amigazos! Don't overcomplicate ANYTHING in Mexican cuisine. It's simply delicious in its simplicity! ¡Buen provecho! 🍲😋🕊️

Sonora is not a town, is a state , and flank steak is not used for carne asada tacos, the toppings are pico de gallo, salsa and guacamole, this is not real stuff, not even close and Sonorans we don't eat our tacos in corn tortillas, carne asada always us served in flour tortillas the worst part is sour cream!!!,keep trying maybe in a 100 years!!
