Ingredients:
2 Pounds Pork Belly
6 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Ginger
1 cup Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp Xiaoxing Wine
2 tsp Five Spice
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 Water
1 bunch Green onion (garnish)
1.5 Cups Gailan (Chinese Broccoli)
