  1. I think I speak for all Texans when I say this is WAY too complicated for breakfast tacos and still not enough filling. Potato, egg, chorizo, and cheese (cheddar actually) is my favorite but been loving a migas breakfast taco lately that's climbing my charts. Also, can't go wrong with a plain potato and egg or even just bean and cheese. Used to grab a few of those at Taco Cabana to start the day! Damn it! I'm about to go to bed and now I'm craving them!

  2. That's not mexican chorizo..real chorizo is greasy no Matter how you cook it…and the eggs will turn brown. The color of the grease…the tortilla is way under cooked…oh..it's chorizo, you WILL have t-shirt drippings.

  3. So you decide to cook a San Antonio taco and you made an Austin taco. In san Antonio tacos are simple you order chorizo and egg your taco will have chorizo and egg no onion, cilantro, or cheese unless you ask for it. In Austin you never know what you're going to get in your taco.
