  1. I blended the eggs and milk and did it sous vide at 62C for an hour, which was the temp I found somewhere else. I'd love an official sous vide version, seems like a great candidate as it starts similar to a custard. I'm putting it on the Christmas list early so the ATK elves have time to experiment for next year 🤞🤞

  2. I’m going to try this 2morrow. My son purchased some kind of eggnog, it was terrible I wanted to cry. I struggled trying to swallow it. But I might just use it in my coffee 😂
    But i have go out 2morrow for the heavy whipping cream, liquor

  3. It's two days before Christmas and I went to four different markets. All were out of eggnog! I found this video and made some myself. I used 3 cups of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream, omitted the booze till later but otherwise followed this recipe. Perfectly delicious. My guests can add liquor to their taste.
