Everytime i made mac n cheese it didn't turn out good. But this recipe helped me a lot with their tips! Some of the tips from this video that helped me:
– Use melting and flavourful cheese
– turn off heat before adding cheese
– add all purpose flour or cornstarch with the cheese
– when baking, make a lid with cheese over the Mac n cheese.
– and def broil after baking!! It adds the crunchiness
The cheese sauce is way too runny. Also… what kind of chef uses plastic wrapped American cheese slices for their recipe. Fail!
