    Yield – 10 Servings

    Chuck Roast –
    3 Lbs Chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 tbsp Olive Oil (plus more for cooking)
    1 Tbsp Onion powder
    1 Tbsp Garlic powder
    1 Tbsp Coarse Salt to taste
    Coarse Black Pepper to taste
    1 Tsp Paprika
    3 Tbsp all-purpose Flour

    1 Large Yellow Onion,Diced
