Boneless Chicken 500 gm
Salt to taste (1/4 tsp)
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Plain yogurt 2 tbsp
Lime Juice 1 tsp
Mustard oil 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp

For gravy:

Diced onion 1 cup
Tomatoes 3-4 medium
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tsp
Butter 4 tbsp (total)
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Whole cream/ Whipping cream 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts 50 gm
