This condiment (Pikliz) is a staple in the Haitian community, that you can eat with anything, it literally goes with everything, but in Haiti it is mostly eaten with Chicken or Pork. You can make it mild to extra spicy
All you need is :
Half of a Cabbage or more
2 stick of Carrots or more
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
Parsley
White Vinegar
Lime Juice
Salt
Maggi (chicken bouillon)
