  1. Made this for family over the Christmas holiday and it’s definitely a keeper! Super easy to do, fed eight of us with leftovers. Very good later that evening after it had been in the refrigerator also. Making it tonight with chicken😊

  2. I was going to try your recipe but when I went to your web site to get the recipe it would NOT let me get the recipe unless I gave you my e-mail. I do NOT like to be forced to give out my e-mail to anyone unless it is absolutely necessary. Yep, I would have liked to try pork your tenderloin recipe, but until you allow people to get it without you giving my e-mail to everyone and their dog, I think I will pass. Too bad, it looked pretty good.

  3. This is VERY good. I did add a few more cloves of garlic and some sage to the herb blend, but followed the recipe other than that, and used an internal meat thermometer to alert me when the roast hit 140°f… im eating it as I type this.
My entire family is extremely happy with their protein tonight.

  4. I just made this (following the recipe as closely as I could), and it was absolutely delicious!! It was a very small pork loin I bought on clearance. I used panko bread crumbs for the crust. I used fresh Rosemary, dried rosemary, dash of Italian seasoning, garlic, olive oil, onion, parmesan, salt and pepper for the stuffing paste. I didn't have my pan hot enough so it didn't brown properly, but that was hidden by the crust. It was still very tender and moist. Thank you!

  6. Sorry, best thing to do with pork loin is wet-cure it and roll it in cornmeal to make peameal bacon, slice it and fry it up for sandwiches. 🤣 This roast look ok too. 👍🏼
