Beef too heavy, Turkey burger very light lower in cholesterol, yum❤❤❤❤❤
What is panco and umami?
I made my first batch and came out as advertised! Not dry and very juicy. This can make a nice base to make turkey sausage with the right spices. This will be a staple.
This is the only turkey I make now. Genius.
My husband absolutely loves these burgers. I make them exactly as the recipe is written. He does prefer them cooked on the grill than in a skillet.
She ate this up omg ❤
The only turkey burger recipe I have ever tried from you guys it's found on your site, and has a lot of Panko bread crumbs, and a fair amount of Monterey Jack cheese. But this is a very different recipe, and I'm anxious to try it today. Should be interesting to compare.
How to make the best Turkey burger?
Ron Swanson: take out the turkey and use beef
The lady who is cooking seems so nice🥰 I’ll make this recipe tomorrow for sure
I'd like to know how many weight watchers points these are.
Saw this in cooks several years ago and hadn’t tried until today. Made it with no modifications to ingredients but I cooked in a tin lined copper sauté pan as I don’t have a non stick big enough. I found cooking times needed to be a little higher using “medium” but checked with my instant read. Brilliant. Juicy, flavorful, and taste more like turkey than any turkey burger I have ever had. They don’t need onion or garlic. Let them shine with just the soy sauce and Parmesa.
These are the best turkey burgers I've ever tasted in my life. Texture is perfect. We had to add about an additional 1/2c of bread crumbs to get them to hold up (this was 3 pounds of turkey).
I never would have thought to start the burgers in a cold pan.

I researched to death the perfect non dry turkey burger today. I utilized a few different ingredients from some suggestions on other videos and then I cooked the burgers exactly how you suggested. Cold pan with oil and let the burgers begin to sizzle before covering. They were amazing!!!! The juiciest burgers I have ever had. I mixed 93% 7% Turkey with salt, pepper, minced onion flakes, and fresh minced garlic. Added Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and two Tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mixed gently and then formed into four patties. Placed on parchment paper and refrigerated for one hour. Absolutely spectacular. The last minute I added a slice of pepper jack to each. Thank you for your cooking suggestion!
I tried it and it was delicious!
Bridget is feisty in this one, mentioning “I’ve got buns” and that is a “centerfold!”. Oh, and the burger looks as juicy as….ahh, I’ll keep it G rated. lol
I made these for an elderly friend so they'd have some pre-made meals; after I tasted one, I had to make another batch for myself and my cousin. He said what I was already thinking: I may never eat a regular beef burger again! Just made them again tonight for dinner, but we just had them with juicy slices of tomato. They're so delicious and savory that they don't need the extra fat of cheese or avocado in my opinion. And they DEFINITELY don't need any condiments.
I miss seeing Becky more.
Can't wait to try this!😋 I had gallbladder attack and now doctor says…no beef and no fried food.😔 For my french fry option I did your skillet red potatoes and LOVE IT! I'm ready to try this for my beef burger substitute.😋
Step 1 follow the recipe, for the health of it.
