  1. French desserts, absolutely perfect in every way. Just the right amount of sweetness balanced with pastry, butter, cream. They look amazing, taste amazing and are a complete pain in the butt to make 😀 (worth it, but you will curse a couple of times lol)

  2. I made Paris-Brest a few years ago with a friend. I'm not a professional baker, so with all the stirring, beating, and whipping it was nice to trade off with him to give my arm a rest now and then. We made two complete Paris-Brest at the same time. This is an absolutely delicious dessert.
