You know that feeling when you want to eat chicken soooo badly but feel so lazy to actually get up and make something for yourself but also don’t want to eat from outside?
Well, then this recipe is for you. The following is a Chicken fry recipe that can be made with basic ingredients in your kitchen. Maybe try eating with Sambar rice, rasam rice, curd rice, Fried rice, Biriyani?
You can eat this with any main course dish and it’s going to taste yum for sure. So why wait further, let us get started.
Ingredients :
– Chicken
– Turmeric powder
– Kashmiri chilli powder
– Garam masala
– Pepper powder
– Ginger garlic paste
– Lime juice
– Beaten egg
– Cornflour
– Fennel seeds
Preparation :
1. In a bowl, add 600g of chicken, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp pepper powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 beaten egg, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp fennel seeds and mix them well.
2. Rest the mixture for 2 hours for marination.
3. Deep fry the pieces in medium flame.
4. Fry some slit green chillies and curry leaves and serve along with the chicken fry recipe!
