I make sugar free lemon ice with crystal light drink mix. Add alcohol and freeze in ice cube trays. Then I whirl up in my ninja and viola! Crushed ice, or snow! No calories except for the alcoloh.

LOVE LOVE LOVED THE RECIPE CAN'T WAIT TO TRY IT, AS A DIALYSIS PATIENT WE NEED TO FIND BETTER TASTING LIQUID ITEMS THAT WE CAN EAT, DRINK OR SLURP.
