You are a true master! But I kind of feel that this style of plating does not do justice to all the elements and the work that went into each of them. Keep up the incredible work!
Cool stuff bro
Lucky you and fellows to taste that one
Exquisite as always.
Let's go! I am gonna try the tartlets.
Have no hope of ever doing something as amazing as your recipes but still enjoy watching them and getting inspired by your master skills
Luv yo videos, man!! Awesome ❤
Would be great to see you on Great British Menu
I love the way you compose the layers of flavours, bitter dark chocolate tuile with sweet blood orange. Thanks for the great videos as always!
You're so right about the tuille making the rest of the dessert look so mysterious and inviting! Great work as always, excited to hear what you have in store for us.
Where did you buy that plate?
seems better as an entremet after taking the trouble to bake oranges into the top
Chocolate and orange just go so well together! This dessert looked (and surely tasted) amazing!
(so envious of your blood oranges, one month ago, when I was still in The Netherlands, I bought some "blood oranges" at Albert Heijn (yeah i know i know, but I'm a student, can't do much better)… They were YELLOW! I had some quite sad juice lol)
Beautiful ❤
Very good thanks 👏👏👏
How's the leg chef? 🤞
Glad to see you back in the kitchen!
