I just did the BBQ sauce to add to some wings I saw on another recipe it came out wonderful the butter made the difference for me, I must mention I did not have roucou but the taste was just delicious. Only yesterday my mother in law gave her mother's BBQ recipe and it had that butter but they used lemons instead. Hats off to you once again great recipe.
