Method: Mix together 1 kg Pembe all purpose flour with 2 tbsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp salt. Add 600 – 700ml warm water to it and mix. Knead into a soft dough and then add 2 tbsp oil and knead again. Cover and rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Divide the dough into 25 equal pieces and then roll each piece nice and thin or to a thickness that you desire. Dry roast on a pan until the bread puffs up and then slice it up and stuff with your choice of filling.
