That pork roast is looking so delicious and I have to try making it in my oven and see how it turns out. Thanks for sharing this recipe with all of us.
I love y'all. You could read the phone book on camera, and I'd watch.
It does look a lot like bacon! I guess I’m in the minority, but this looks like it has more fat than I like.
Love your shows 👋
Hey @America's Test Kitchen what brands of spices or jars of spices do you guys use?????
I would like to know how much money you spent cooking 1 pork loin?
I just made a 10 lb Smoked Pork Loin 2 weeks ago for someone Birthday Party, brine in Apple Juice, salt, water and spices.. Lump Charcoal is better heat last longer and less ash on the meat.
You guys definitely do such a great job. I'm always hungry after watching your videos.
As always, ATK Rocks! Well Done!!!
Looks delicious. It would be helpful to know which issue this recipe came out of, if possible.
I will definitely try this, I normally only smoke butts and ribs. I'm curious as to why you put the wood chips in a foil pouch? That is usually only done on a gas grill, for charcoal just sprinkle them on the coals or better yet use a couple of wood chunks.
Charcoal Briquettes…and I stopped watching
I was thinking I'd skip the chutney, but I have to admit it looks very tempting.
Get a ceramic cooker and be able to dial your temperature.
Melt vs Dissolve? What temperature is required to melt salt?
Love this channel
Can this be done in an oven? I don't have a grill because of my apartment.
it looks delicious! What other side dishes would be appropriate? Thanks!
I like smoked pork loin, being from rural kentucky i like hickory wood, we have an abundance, i would probably scratch on the fruit chutney, but is a nice recipe
