  2. As a kurd we stuff this with rice specifically seasoned rice also the texture of the rice is kind of like sushi rice its sticky and ur meant to cook it over night once its done cooking u remove the tripe and eat the inside

  3. We have a famous dish here in Portugal called "Tripas á moda do Porto" that adds the tripe to a bean and meat like stew, and it's simply packed up with flavour and a delightful first experience for people who never had tripe.

  4. bro i dont know bout you guys but i freaking hate this thing it smells so bad i cant stay in the house while its being cooked but everyone in my family loves it i dont know why. No hate to gully or any tripe lovers but this thing sucks

    Not really mate you done a plate of veg COVERED in spices then added in boiled gut to the point it's thin enough to chew as the sinew inside has been broken down!
    Not amazing 😆
