1. 250g (2 cups) flour
2. 1 tsp (4g) yeast
3. 30g sugar
4. 1 tsp nutmeg powder
5. 1 egg
6. 30g butter
7. 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
8. 1/4 tsp salt
