  1. Thank you for this video! May I ask, how is the chew on vegan spelt pasta? I've tried whole grain flour for pasta and found it gritty and not chewy (al dente?), and I wonder how spelt compares with traditional wheat flour for pasta (including all-purpose). Thanks for your help!

  2. Ciao! Just found your channel and it’s fabulous! I’m trying to recreate my Nona’s Sicilian pasta (pasta bianca) recipe but I believe she added “00” flour to the Semola. I don’t know the proportions of each. Can you help? Thank you, I look forward to more of your videos!
