  1. I am in the process of making this recipe right now. I told you instructions pretty exactly what is the first time I have made bread using a stand mixer it rolls, but it did not rise nearly as high as yours did so I'm letting approve a little bit more and then I'm gonna put it in the oven and just go with whatever I get but I like the way you did the bread Dell also my yeast was dated as expiring this month, so is it OK to use the yeast? If it's you use it in the last month it's good for.

  2. Thanks for the video. I’ve an old guy who’s been making bread like my Mother taught me 60 years ago and have always hand kneeled it. I just was given a Kitchen Aid mixer and thought I’d try to make it the modern way.

  3. Trying to make sure, but what is the max flour for this recipe? I started with the 2 1/2 cups, added 1 1/2 cups more and then maybe less than a half a cup spoonful by spoonful-granted you are watching for the dough to pull away, but just didn’t want to use more than I should.

  4. I made a loaf and it came out very nice. I made a second load and the first proof was fine but the second it did not rise as much. After the first loaf is gone I will cut into it. I did use fresh ground hard white wheat.

  5. I have been baking bread for many years using different recipes, the first and my go to was ATK sandwich bread, this recipe is faster, easier and tastier. My now go to recipe. Wish I had found it sooner. Many thanks red star!

  6. I have recently bought a kitchen aid and I am not at all happy 👎🏼👎🏼
For kneading dough you need to first use flat beater than change to dough hook and in between you need to scrap the sides using the spatula

Whereas with Kenwood you only need to use the dough hook and there is no

  7. I made a mistake and added 2 cups of milk to this recipe. It turned out to be the most wonderful mistake I could have made because it turned out to be the best loaf of bread I've ever made! Very moist and delicious.

  8. Just made this, my first time making bread. Super good everyone loves it. I didn’t have any bread flour so I used all purpose, it came out a little dense, but I think it might be the pan I used. I used a glass pan slightly smaller than in the video. Ordering better bread pans and bread flour for next time! Very easy directions, thank you!

  9. I watched another video for dutch oven style and it was a nightmare to mix the dough using the dough hook, mixing it first with the beater and THEN switching to the dough hook to knead makes SO much more sense. Thank you! Can't wait to try this recipe for loaf style.

  10. I have tried your recipe a few different times now and as I am a beginner I have to say you made it very easy to follow and the bread is delicious. Thank you
I also wonder can you double this recipe to make two loaves ?
