  1. There was another Brussel Sprout recipe with a similar cooking technique however, it was flavored with just Maple syrup. I can't find the video. Is there a video, did I augment the video with my own changes. Help ATK

  2. Elle, call me nuts, but 'sweet potatoes', I can't stand in ANY dish?! I've been arguing with folks for many decades about this! I think it's the smell that gags me? How should I approach this? Do you (bet you do) have an option/recipe I could attempt? Always more fun when you get a chance to do you thing!!!

  3. I just used the same technique with broccoli. Then made soup with them. SOO GOOD!

I’m part of a group of people around the world, and we cook together at the same time while online. For one participant, that broccoli never even made it into the soup.

  4. I just made this for dinner and it was fantastic! My chicken tasted so fresh and the skin was delicately crispy. The croutons were carmelized and delicious. My croutons had vegetables, celery, onions, and green peppers and a little garlic powder and fresh thyme. It’s a habit of mine; I’ve been cooking for over 40 years and used to work as a professional cook. I love ATK! Always inspiring with perfection.

  5. I love Elle's sass and her recipes. It wouldn't have occurred to me to add pepper flakes, but they would be a great foil for the some of the sweetness of well cooked sprouts. Bravo! I've never had the Zuni Cafe's roast chicken and bread salad, but if it has half the grease that your version does, I would hate it. I grew up with great roast chicken on regular rotation. My mom's crouton's were light and crispy, so tha'st what I grew up expecting them to be. In many cases, I discovered that what I loved as a kid could be made differently and still be delicious. But this, this was just grease sponges in a greasy dressing. That poor baby arugula didn't stand a chance.

  6. Ohhh so great now this video make me hungrey kek! The good crunchy taste and especially smell of fresh bread is just the best makes me feel alive. Only delta parole music can do the same to me. Sometime I combine the both of them, make me feel alive!
