I like it but do not have red wine and we have winter storm here. Could I use white instead? Also what is maximum time you keep your meat there? I have 2 portions in a packet but need only one at a time- could I drop all meat in the marinade – take one after few hours and leave the other until tomorrow evening?
i like your marinade……..would it be good to add some fresh lemon juice? and can u use this method to pan fry beef?
