I’m currently in a hotel room for a week. In a small town that hardly has anywhere for takeout, so no problem I brought my crockpot! And I’ve been looking up what I can make in my crockpot and this came to mind and I’m making taco salad for me and tacos for the hubs tonight with some pinto beans and cheese on the side!!

I love purchasing ground beef in bulk cooking it in slow cooker then whn done divide it up into several 1lbs zip lock bags and freeze for left use
