  1. Nice video! I don’t eat much cauliflower because I don’t know what to do with it except put it in a salad. If you all could make a more elaborate video on cauliflower preparation, that would make a very interesting video!

  2. I always thought pre-making cauliflower was so time consuming but after watching this i'm 100% going to make it for dinner tonight! I just started a weekly food prep video series and this would be PERFECT to prep at the start of the week!

  3. I almost never do anything to the cauliflower apart from washing it until after I have cooked it.

    I put the cauliflower into a pot with cold water. I let the water boil for a minute or two befor removing the cauliflower. As it sits uncovered on a plate, it completes cooking and becomes ready to add into any dishes. It has the right texture and only needs a little heating at this point.

    When ir has chilled enough so that I can work with it, it is easy to divide it with a small knife.

    This method tends to impress housewives because they tend to overcook cauliflower.
