OMG! Are we still spreading that “seals in the juices” myth?! It’s 2023, people! (No, searing any cut of meat does not “seal in the juices”. It does make it tasty, tasty though!!) 😀

Terrible instructional video for people new to cooking with high temp oils. Always lay away from yourself. Also doesn’t help that he’s embarrassingly annoying.
