HOW TO SMOKE SHORT RIBS
Dry Brine with Salt over Night.
I smoked it for 7hrs @ (285°F / 140°C)
Spritz every hour with beef broth I used this spray
For the seasoning I used salt and Pepper.
Rest for 1hr and enjoy perfectly cooked beef ribs.

Short ribs are underrated hell I even like searing them like a steak and then putting them on the end with no heat to get a little smoke and let the sauce set total cook time 10 or so minutes keep a eye on your temp.

I think I enjoy making short ribs or any short rib dishes more than a steak. There's more room for error with a steak and it's not as forgiving as short ribs.
